TRAILERWATCH: “Tonight you’re mine” (you had us at handcuffed)

Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, Lollapalooza — in another life I would’ve made hemp bracelets and traveled around the world music festivals map.

But thankfully, there’s movies like “Tonight you’re mine” and a chance to live vicariously through Adam and Morello and their unconventional and incredibly absorbing slow-brewing romance. Neither one knows the other but, in an ominous hoax that’s sprung up on them they end up quasi-permanently tied to one another and having to go rather abruptly through all the stages of social communication while at an outdoors music festival.

I won’t say much more, watch the trailer and fill in the blanks. Screen Comment is attempting to get a hold of the review screener so we can bring you our impressions in time for next week’s release.

“Tonight you’re mine,” presented by Roadside Attractions. Directed by David Mackenzie (“Mister foe,” “Young Adam”). Starring Luke Treadaway (“Clash of the titans”), Natalia Tena (“Game of Thrones”), Mathew Baynton, Ruta Gedmintas, Alastair Mackenzie, Gavin Mitchell, Joseph Mydell, and Sophie Wu.
