Fantastic Beasts to be adapted for screen
Although the books which got turned into the “Harry Potter” franchise have reached their ending some time ago, Warner Bros won’t be coming short of ideas to continue the adventure in sorcerers and wizardy anytime soon: with a payday of $ 1 billion worldwide, the studio cannot be blame, likely, for not giving up on one of its most lucrative franchises. After adapting all the J.K. Rowling books, the studio plans to work with the British author once again on a new franchise that will also take place in the world of wizards and witches. The upcoming film series will be inspired by the book by JK Rowling “Fantastic Beasts and where to find them” and its fictitious author, Newt Scamander.
“Fantastic Beasts” is an original story created and written by Rowling herself. It will feature magical creatures and characters, some of which appeared in the movies “Harry Potter.” A video game and other products will be derived from this new franchise.
