VINCE VAUGHN TAKES THE SHOW ON THE ROAD

(October 24th, 2007) In the spirit of the old west variety shows, Vince Vaughn (The Break-Up, Wedding Crashers, Swingers, upcoming Fred Claus) took the stage at the Music Box Theater in Hollywood on September 12, 2005 and began an unprecedented comedy tour featuring stand-up comedians Ahmed Ahmed, John Caparulo, Bret Ernst, and Sebastian Maniscalco. Vaughn played host to the ensemble of comedians and performed improvisational sketches with surprise celebrity guests. Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days & 30 Nights—Hollywood to the Heartland—chronicles Vaughn’s journey as he travels more than 6,000 miles with his posse of comedians and performs thirty shows in thirty consecutive nights. The documentary gives audiences a rare opportunity to experience Vaughn and his team as they bring their unique styles and perspectives to regional audiences throughout Western, Southern and Midwestern states. Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days and 30 Nights–Hollywood to the Heartland Touris the first documentary film release from Wild West Picture Show Productions. Directed by Ari Sandel and produced by Vince Vaughn. Executive producers on the project are Peter Billingsley, Victoria Vaughn and John Isbell. John Pisani and Sandra Smith serve as associate producers. Dan Lebenthal edited the project. Picturehouse will release Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show on Friday, February 8, 2008. The film is not yet rated by the MPAA.
